The love of great food, family, living a life of service late night discussions and planning sessions, the desire to channel my love of good food, good times, and culinary entertainment created this one-stop bakeshop! Stacy is dedicated to welcoming, serving, and educating foodies of all ages- and hope you join her as part of the First Bite Bakeshop community!

Previously known as Pamplemousse Market and Bakery, Stacy knew that big changes were necessary as 2021 approached. With COVID looming, Stacy realized that she needed a brand that would truly capture the enjoyment, many laughs, and sense of optimism she shared around the table, and in the day-to-day workings of the bakery. Stacy knew from the start that she wanted to encourage people to build a positive relationship with food based on locally sourced, sustainable, and unique ingredients!  After many many brainstorming sessions and several moments of doubt, she found her path as First Bite Bakeshop. She declared the bakeshop a space for an interactive culinary experience to remember, from the very First Bite.
