Service Description

Light-in-texture, rich-in-flavor weeknight-friendly dinner that hinges on a quick blender sauce. The meatballs themselves take on elements of that smoky-fruity flavor. You’ll have plenty of sauce to drizzle over the meatballs, and you may even consider doubling the batch. It’s so good, you’ll find yourself spooning it over whatever miscellaneous foods you have lying around—roasted veggies, pasta, sandwiches… I mean, what did you expect? BOOK YOUR CLASS Our instructors host gourmet cooking classes online, in real-time, and you can ask questions along the way. Select one of our menus or customize your own! At the end of each interactive session, you’ll have a delicious meal to sink your teeth into. PREP FOR CLASS Once you have booked your class, we provide you with a prep packet, equipment list, ingredient list, recipes, and Zoom link. CLASS TIME! Your Chef will open the virtual doors 10 minutes prior to class. Then you follow along with our chef from the comfort of your own kitchen. TAKE YOUR FIRST BITE! At the end of the lesson, you'll have a delicious meal to sink your teeth into.
